Make A Claim

1. Please accept this letter as my/our instruction to you, (the “company”) to deal directly with Jaffa Marketing Limited as my/our authorised claims representative in respect of the complaint and to provide them with any information they request and which they require to pursue my/our complaint. 2. I/we request that as of the date of this letter any further correspondence or communication in regard to this matter is to be addressed to Jaffa Marketing Limited. For the avoidance of doubt communication includes telephonic and written correspondence whether by fax, email or post. 3. Please be advised that Jaffa Marketing Limited reserves the right to pursue any company or party who induces the below named client(s) to breach his/her contract with the authorised representative and any inducement/enticement or procurement of such breach of contract may render the company or party liable for damages pursuant to established case law, provisions of statute and Articles 81 and 82 of the EC Treaty. 4. This letter of authority will be in force for the duration of this claim unless otherwise determined by Jaffa Marketing Limited and/or the client. 5. I/We nominate Jaffa Marketing Limited to accept any payments relating to this complaint and all banking information will be provided by them to you. Authorised Representative Details: Jaffa Marketing Limited Notice of Assignment Pursuant to this letter of authority all compensation which is either agreed with yourselves or awarded against you is to be paid directly to Jaffa Marketing Limited with whom I have a separate agreement and Terms of Engagement in respect of their fees payable by me/us to them. I, declare the circumstances marked above are a true explanation of your Conduct.
